| CULTIVATION |
|
It is an annual, erect and leafy herb often cultivated. The stems are 60-90 cm. high, ranched, pubescent. Leaves are lanceolate or elliptic-lanceolate, acute, coarsely serrate more or less pubescent on both sides, base tapering into the petiole and many flowered sub-corymbose head with a linear bract near the top of the peduncle.
