  1. I’m 36 years old and I experience a terrible memory for numbers and names. I frankly imagine it’s worse than other people’s memories. Sometimes I imagine I’m losing quite a bit because of memory loss, but I don’t know what I’m missing because I can’t recall. Does anyone have any idea what could be inducing this?

Soak 5 almonds overnight and eat them in the empty stomach in the morning. It will help in improving your memory for numbers and names.
