Thank you dear blogger for such a mouth full of knowledge on taking good care of my teeth. It is also quite important to get that annual Dental Cleaning, Prevention & Exam at all times. Since with proper toothbrushing alone doesn't mean we get to say goodbye tooth decay and hello healthy teeth. I do believe I've made all the extra effort to take care of my teeth on my own without visiting my dentist and now I've been recommended to get that Root Canal Therapy which sounds terrifying to me. I just wouldn't want other people to disregard there visit to the dentist just because they have done the proper techniques tooth care.
