I knew a girl that only spoke in whole sentences only at age three and a half. Before that, she only produced one-word sentences. Then one day, she came out with very sophisticated speech with convoluted clauses. It seems she practiced secretly.

My niece is 2 years and 2 months old and is still not able to talk in a flowing language but utters few words here and there like papa, mamma, milk, A for appi etc. I would like to know
as to when she will be able to talk. She utters sentences which are difficult to understand.
I would like to know the best therepy for my niece and how much time she may take to talk
fluently. If there is any remedy please let me know.
