if you use supplements without having any knowledge about what it really does with your body it’s kinda scary..
.I guess it’s nothing wrong with using them in case you actually know what your doing.

What I really need to know guys is what herb will stop me farting when I eat pulses. I mean I love ‘em but this is a ridicuoloooous side effect. Can anyone help this utterly obnoxious side effect ??? …. ta!
